Design Consultation - PROspections is uniquely
positioned to broker your engineering requirements.  We
can procure proposals from several different engineers to
give you a choice and control over the design process.  
Depending on your layout and preferred designer, your
engineered prints can be returned in less then two weeks
for $0.15 to $0.20 per SF.

Premium Foundation Package - This includes the Basic
package and our exclusive 3-part post pour quality service
- elongation evaluation, slab flatness survey, and
concrete compressive strength test. (performed 10 days
after pour.)  $550 for the complete package

Basic Foundation Package - Get 1 prepour foundation
observation, with form levelness check for only $300 (up
to 3000 SF slab)
